Any guidance, suggestions, or information received through the App or in consultation should be considered general and supplementary; it should not be used as the sole basis for making decisions related to your mental or physical health.
2. Independent professionals.
The professionals offering their services through "La Casa de Rubén" app operate independently and under their own professional responsibility, possessing the corresponding accreditation and licensing in accordance with applicable regulations. Each professional is responsible for the accuracy and quality of the service they provide, as well as for compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
3. Limitation of liability
La Casa de Rubén, AC, Community Center and its representatives assume no responsibility for the actions, omissions, diagnoses, or treatments provided by the professionals operating within the application or in consultation. The use of the information or services provided by the application is at your own risk and discretion.
4. Emergencies and urgent care.
If you believe that you or someone close to you is facing a crisis, emergency, or imminent risk to mental or physical health, you should immediately contact your local emergency services or go to a health center or urgent support center.
5. Scope of the relationship with the user.
By using this application, you acknowledge that you are not establishing a therapist-patient relationship with La Casa de Rubén, AC, Community Center; the therapeutic relationship, if it exists, is strictly between you and the professional you choose to consult.
6. Data protection and confidentiality.
La Casa de Rubén Community Center is committed to processing the personal data provided in the application in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. However, the confidentiality and protection of information in communications with professionals are also subject to their respective policies and procedures.
